Dawn is great with communication and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with patience and is very professional. I wood definitely use Dawn as my realtor if I were to sell my house again. She is not just my realtor but has also become a great friend!

As a first-time home buyer, Garrett was very helpful and explained the process well. Additionally, I was not in Ohio until closing, and Garrett made it so I could make a confident choice without actually being able to step foot in the house. We were able to close in less than two weeks (which was very fast but what we needed/wanted). Garrett advised an offer that would not need negotiation since we wanted to close quickly, so I can't speak to his negotiation skills, but the offer was accepted, and it felt like we were not putting too much on the table. Garrett was quick to respond and definitely helped make the process pretty easy.

Jackelyn was extremely helpful and professional. She guided us through the process to purchase an investment property and will also be managing that property for us as well.
