Garrett is truly the BEST realtor you will ever find. From the very beginning, he was personable, attentive, and completely invested in understanding our needs and wants when selecting a home. His response time is incredibly fast—every listing I sent him was arranged for a tour by the end of the day, and we were walking through homes within 24–48 hours. No delays, no waiting around. And when he tours homes, he approaches them as if he were the one buying. He takes detailed notes, checks the foundation and structure, asks smart questions, and offers tips and ideas we would have never thought of. Even though we ended up choosing a new construction, Garrett still went above and beyond. He asked all the right questions, connected us with an excellent inspector, and guided us through every step of the entire process. During our orientation and signings, he showed up immediately, took notes, asked the seller and builder questions we didn’t even think of—and even helped keep our six‑year‑old twins entertained while we focused. Garrett is truly a class act. From the moment we first met him in his office, he made us feel comfortable, provided a folder full of helpful information, and answered all of our questions—ours and our twins’. He is straightforward, honest, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. His walk‑throughs were thorough, his preparation was impressive, and he consistently went above and beyond in every single interaction. He is simply amazing, and I would refer EVERYONE to him.
