And when he tours homes, he approaches them as if he were the one buying. He takes detailed notes, checks the foundation and structure, asks smart questions, and offers tips and ideas we would have never thought of. Even though we ended up choosing a new construction, Garrett still went above and beyond. He asked all the right questions, connected us with an excellent inspector, and guided us through every step of the entire process. During our orientation and signings, he showed up immediately, took notes, asked the seller and builder questions we didn’t even think of—and even helped keep our six‑year‑old twins entertained while we focused.
