Scott assisted in every aspect and at every stage of the process and transaction, and he was always available by call, text and email. He found us the perfect home for our needs and wants, and he had suggestions or recommendations as the situation called for them. He shared his experience with us to make a major purchase less than overwhelming and worked with the seller's agent in a seamless and timely manner to get all of our questions answered.

I’d been telling rob for two yrs I needed to sell but due to deaths in the family we just couldn’t. So we continued to be snow birds until this year. He got my listing up within a week of getting back from Florida. Then 24 hours later we had a great contract with wonderful buyers. There were some small issues of course but everything was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate his calm demeanor and willingness to work on my behalf.
