The Studer's were an absolute pleasure to work with for both purchasing my house about 10 years ago, and selling it just last month. They were excellent with negotiations both when I was buying and selling my home. In 2016 they helped me find and purchase my first home in a new state after many months of searching and tours. In 2026 earlier this month they helped me sell that same house in under 6 weeks to meet my deadlines. I felt informed and comfortable every step of the process with their experience directing each step. They have many connections to get you set up with just about any service you might need during and after the process. They answered my calls and questions during weekends and even during their own vacation time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and work with them again should the need arise.

My brother, who lived alone in Perrysburg, passed away last November. Jeff & Joy reached out to us via a network partner of theirs to see how they could help.
