Calm collected and detailed

I’d been telling rob for two yrs I needed to sell but due to deaths in the family we just couldn’t. So we continued to be snow birds until this year. He got my listing up within a week of getting back from Florida. Then 24 hours later we had a great contract with wonderful buyers. There were some small issues of course but everything was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate his calm demeanor and willingness to work on my behalf.
