He also knows the quality of neighborhoods which which affects the livability/rentability of a property. He was even willing to "run the numbers" on properties I was considering to see in the end whether they would be profitable investments or not. He was very good at communication: he proactively kept in touch with me to make sure the purchase process moved along smoothly, and he was accessible whenever I had questions about anything. He responded to texts and emails promptly which is a sign of professionalism. He has investment properties himself which means he is able to judge a deal and offer practical advice from the perspective of a potential owner. In the end we closed a deal on a property that I am very satisfied with, and I will use him again when I get my next property in Toledo.
