Neil did exactly what he said he would do, and very quickly. We had 2 cash offers, full price and over full price. Neil made it all easy. The process was remarkably simple. We were able to hande closing paperwork from my parents' new home out of state and it only took about 20 minutes to do that. Neil helped us understand the legal aspects and also the etiquette aspects of having 2 competing offers, one above askign price. He gave honest answers, and navigated some post-contract requests from the buyer by asking us how we wanted to handle those--and then managed those without any delays or issues. Overall very smooth, and surprisingly simple.

Laura was fantastic to work with. She was always available to answer questions and meet with me in the lead up to the sale of the Condo. She always showed up with a positive attitude, and her professionalism and expertise greatly helped me throughout the process. She has a great network of people around her, and she worked closely with them to ensure that the costs to prepare the Condo for sale remained low. Because of this, she certainly helped us sell the Condo quickly at asking price. Laura is a joy to work with, and I would definitely recommend her!
