Neil did exactly what he said he would do, and very quickly. We had 2 cash offers, full price and over full price. Neil made it all easy. The process was remarkably simple. We were able to hande closing paperwork from my parents' new home out of state and it only took about 20 minutes to do that. Neil helped us understand the legal aspects and also the etiquette aspects of having 2 competing offers, one above askign price. He gave honest answers, and navigated some post-contract requests from the buyer by asking us how we wanted to handle those--and then managed those without any delays or issues. Overall very smooth, and surprisingly simple.

Laura was fantastic to work with. She was always available to answer questions and meet with me in the lead up to the sale of the Condo. She always showed up with a positive attitude, and her professionalism and expertise greatly helped me throughout the process. She has a great network of people around her, and she worked closely with them to ensure that the costs to prepare the Condo for sale remained low. Because of this, she certainly helped us sell the Condo quickly at asking price. Laura is a joy to work with, and I would definitely recommend her!

Neil handled all the details in our condo sale in Chevy Chase. He was easy to reach, kept us updated and sold our property at full price under a month. I am looking forward to working with him again in future real estate transactions.

Our office works with Neil and his team frequently. They are extremely responsible, reliable and knowledgeable about real estate, including their work as property managers for several rentals. If we have a matter that involves the sale or purchase of property, property management or even home repairs or electrical work we go to Neil and the Bacchus Group first.

Neil, Laura and the crew were an amazing team who brought a beautiful but somewhat neglected condo back to life; not afraid to get their hands dirty and did what needed to be done. They were responsive, efficient and caring; and showed real expertise. I would for sure recommend them again and again. Very nice people, too!

We are very satisfied with the work that Neil and his team did for us. The apartment listing was ready and looking good very quickly, we received much interest, and we were able to close in a short period of time. In the whole process Neil was always friendly and professional, listening to us and ensuring good communication was always a priority.

Neil is professional, gracious, extremely helpful and humble. He is responsive, goes above and beyond, and makes every property priority. He is a joy to work with and I will use him for years to come.

Neil was exceptional throughout the entire process of selling my D.C. condo. From the beginning, he was proactive, organized, and incredibly supportive, especially given that this was a probate sale with many moving parts. He consistently brought qualified buyers through the property, hosted well‑run open houses, and kept me updated with clear, thoughtful feedback after every showing. His communication was always prompt and thorough, and he made sure I understood each step of the process. One of the things I appreciated most was his network of reliable, reasonably priced contractors. Their work made the home more appealing without unnecessary costs, and Neil coordinated everything seamlessly. His market knowledge, professionalism, and steady guidance were instrumental in achieving a timely and successful sale. I’m genuinely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent.

I believe Neil was enthusiastic and acted with good intentions in selling our home, partly due to our family relationship. While I’m sure Neil and his team have sold homes in our general price range, it did not feel like he had strong experience selling properties between $1.5–$2 million. Overall, I do not feel that Neil or the eXp team maximized the profitability of our sale. While many sellers in this market feel they didn’t get full value, I believe there were fundamental decisions that could have helped our home sell faster and for more money. Neil advised us to finish the basement, which cost nearly $40,000. However, several potential buyers told us they would have preferred an unfinished basement so they could customize it themselves. Several items explained upfront and included in the signed documents were not revisited until the end of the process. More consistent communication around commissions, the HOA transfer process, and closing requirements would have been helpful. Neil stated upfront that he had furniture and staging capabilities to attract buyers at the $1,650,000 price point. However, the home was never staged, nor were we advised on décor changes. We received feedback from agents and buyers that the photos and showings lacked a luxury feel, and staging would have helped. There was a strong focus on premium marketing materials such as a look book and drone footage, but less attention on the execution and quality of open houses. We received no offers in three months. Ultimately, we reduced the price by $200,000 before the home sold, which made this a disappointing experience overall.

Guided me through what to do to the house to spruce it up and gave me the name of people to do the work.

He knows what sells and will suggest changes and improvements to accelerate the sale. And he will take the lead
