Nancy and Jack were very knowledgeable and gave very professional advice that turned out for the best. They were always available and their strategy worked perfectly for only a week and a half on the market before our house sold. Their team worked well together and accomplished a lot in a short amount of time giving crucial timely advice to close the sale. They were well versed in the East Bay market and toured multiple neighborhoods and houses to find our new single story home. They kept in touch with those 35 people who requested disclosure documents and encouraged people and finally the buyer to make a bid. The neighborhood open house was very successful and nice as were the staging and landscaping with real artwork and flowers and a great eye. We recommend them to everyone we know.

Nancy was knowledgeable, positive, responsive, and resourceful. She recommended a design company which gave me renovation suggestions and options to evaluate. The company efficiently made the approved renovations and staged the house on time and on budget (without my involvement). The home sold after 8 days on the market with four offers all over the listed price! I would definitely recommend her to future buyers or sellers.

After interviewing several real estate agents, we hired Nancy due to her intimate knowledge of Richmond Annex and her ability to discern which improvements would be worth our investment, and which ones would not. Furthermore, our situation was complex, given that the other seller and I are separated, but she navigated the situation like a pro. As we prepared the house for sale, she communicated with us in a timely manner, took our calls when there were hiccups, and did a great job fixing up the house for sale. Once it came time to review offers and select a buyer, she was tremendous. She and Jack Burley did a great job organizing all of the offers into a spreadsheet which made it easy to decide which offer to accept. When our sale hit a bump towards the close of escrow, Nancy came to the rescue to assure our buyer and their agent that we were going to close nearly on time, and ultimately we closed on time anyway. I can't recommend Nancy enough! She was a pleasure to work with.

With the benefit of Nancy's experience and knowledge we were able to find our house within a few weeks. He toured houses and neighborhoods with us and helped us through financing and negotiations. She made herself easily available throughout. We even toured one of her houses and she always provided expert advice and recommendations for everything we needed. She was always extremely professional.
