She was always very quick to respond to emails or texts and did a great job of interfacing with the seller's agent, title company, etc., and would always let me know where we were in the process and anything that needed prompt attention.

I cannot imagine anyone else making our move to Colorado any easier. We were in contact with our Realtor (Cliff) for well over a year before we were ready to make the actual move from Texas. Monica sold our house near Colorado Springs almost 3 years ago and we have been renting in Carbondale, CO. When we were ready to buy we contacted her again to help us. There are plenty of local agents, but we wanted Monica. She is professional, incredibly responsive, a great listener, and has excellent negotiation skills. And she always has an upbeat attitude that is so refreshing and helpful when the going gets tough. She is quick and takes care of all of the details and deadlines, which there are many. Jessica Brown from Pink Realty is world class. I can't say enough about how wonderful both Jessica and her team at Pink were during the entire selling process of our home in the Springs. Her attentiveness, attention to detail and customer service skills should be given an award if that exists. We sold for exactly what we wanted and had a very smooth transaction beginning to end. Pink Realty just does everything right from simple things like sending my 5 year old a birthday card (which she was so thrilled to receive) to delivering us a cherry pie during the holidays. This was the third home my husband and I have purchased and I am so glad I chose Pink Realty. Jessica Brown is amazing!!! I only had a couple days to look at houses because I moving from a different area. Jessica worked with me very closely in the days leading up to my visit and showed me homes that were exactly what I was looking for. She helped me negotiate a good deal on a new home and was very helpful throughout the entire closing process. She worked with the home inspector for me, did three walk throughs of the home, and took the keys to my new home. In addition, she drove over to my home with a lawn mower before she left on a vacation just to make sure the lawn was mowed. While on vacation, she messaged me to see if I needed anything. She is also going to help me out by being at the house to have a refrigerator delivered. I honestly cannot say enough good things about what a great realtor she is as well as a nice person.
