Did an equally great job working through the inspection objections and keeping everyone on the same page. The entire process was well coordinated and easy.

This was my first time selling after many many, years of living in my home, I needed to sell pretty quickly. I originally contacted Lauren maybe approximately several months prior, she kept in contact over a few months. The end of winter of the next year, I called her and explained my situation and she made an appointment to visit my home. We talked about my house and why I wanted to sell, it was a pleasant experience, not pushy, no judgement just plain professionalism! Lauren was very approachable, not intimidating at all. We bought our home through Pink realty in 2018. 8 years later we sold our home through Pink realty as well. Both the purchase and the sale of our home were quick and easy. When we listed the house, we had a request to view in about an hour after posting. The house was shown the next afternoon. Four hours later we had a full asking price offer. The asking price was at market in our area. At closing, Pink was flexible and worked around a very tight schedule as I had to relocate for work. In a tight market, this experience was unbelievable. Pink has great staff and works hard for clients. I couldn’t be happier with our experience both buying and selling.
