The team at Pink Realty is fantastic. My husband and I started out as renters using their property management team. They are fantastic and were always willing and able to handle any issues that came up. When the home we were renting was about to be listed, Russ gave us a heads up and we decided to make an offer. Through out the entire process the team at Pink did everything they could to help us out since we were first time buyers. Russ took the time to show me comparable properties so I knew what kind of offer would be fair. He was very knowledgeable of the area as well as what types of things I should do as a first time buyer. It was a long process due to some complications but Russ and the Pink Team never gave up and we closed on our house. I would definitely recommend Pink to anyone who needs a home, either temporary or permanent.
I highly recommend Pink Realty! This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home. Originally I'd started to go with a different realtor, even after reading so many great reviews about Pink Realty. But after that realtor refused to take my preferences on areas tof avoid into account, a friend of mine recommended her realtor, Cindy. After my first interaction with her, I knew Pink Realty was the company to use. Over the phone, Cindy was personable, informative, and accommodating. In person, she was all that and more. Cindy introduced me to various people in the building on my first day in town, and everyone was friendly. Cindy was quick in responding to emails or texts I had with questions or concerns, even if it was to tell me she was unsure, but would find out. Everyone she contacted in the office responded quickly as well. We are PCS'ing, so doing most of this long distance, and the whole Pink Team has just been fantastic about keeping us updated throughout this process. We will definitely recommend Pink Realty to anybody we know moving to Colorado Springs and surrounding areas
My husband and I are first time home buyers and after looking at reviews we decided to call Pink Realty. I am so glad we did. Everyone who we have come into contact with in the team has been super helpful and kind. Our realtor Linda in just a few days helped us find the house we about to close on. She listened very well for what we wanted. When ever we had a question that she wasn't sure of the answer, she would ask and get back to us very quickly. I would definitely use them again when it comes time to sell my house.
I just wanted to say Thank You to the Pink Realty Staff..especially to Brian and Ryan!!!! I would like to say that selling my home was easy but divorce situations aren't always the best, but both Brian and Ryan never gave up on me. they communicated with me through email and phone, listened to me vent , and helped me with what steps to take. I was very impressed and thankful for everything they did for me, trust me I almost gave up but they kept me going. They are not lawyers but they have great customer service skills and a lot of patience!! I also want to say Thank You to Maggie for sending me emails on the status of selling my home..Trust me it may seem that those emails overloads were crazy but it helped me not calling in everyday and saying "So what's going on?" Those emails always kept me informed of who was doing what and the deadline they had to do it in!! Monica, You have a great staff and I would definitely send business your way!!!

This was my first time purchasing a home and I chose to go the new build route, which was a little overwhelming. My realtor helped me find the best builder and neighborhood to fit my needs. Overall she was responsive when I needed questions answered or follow up from the builder's sales rep. I look forward to closing soon and would use Pink again in the future.
We recently have had the pleasure to work with Pink Realty to buy our first home and the experience was so fantastic I can’t keep quiet about it. We personally had the pleasure of working with Diana but honestly everyone on the Pink Realty team was so helpful and flexible for us. Our realtor was always on the lookout for us as houses came on the market, sometimes arriving only hours after the home had been listed. My wife and I are so truly grateful for everyone at Pink Realty especially with all of the questions that came with purchasing our first home. I can honestly say that someday in the future when we list our home we WILL be coming back to Pink Realty to take care of that for us. I want to thank Brian Adams and Pink Reality for helping my family and I purchase our home. I know my necessity for our home was hard with our price range. But Brian worked diligently in finding what we needed. I appreciated his patient with me. It was a long adventure and a lot of setbacks, he helped us with those setbacks for that I am appreciated. I will use Pink Reality and Brian Adams for any future needs. I also like that they give money to the Breast Cancer researched from the sales of the homes. I lost my mother from Breast Cancer in February of Last year so this means a lot to me.
