We found our family home in Colorado springs and love our new community. The schools are a big improvement and we noticed a positive changed in our kiddo. The process was a bit stressful but Pink realty pulled through for us.

Monica’s company did excellent work communicating with the title company, HOA, and everyone else involved in the process. My agent Erika McCormick was proactive about informing me of what was happening every step, and even successfully fought to get funds to me on time when there was a bank delay on the buyer’s side. I am so impressed with their dedication and care! They also provided a contact cleaning set to reduce any risk to my house from COVID. Erika was amazing and I would love to work with them again!
