Well, I only get 2000 characters here so...That's limiting.. Working with Monica was the best experience Ive had in 40yrs of doing business with pretty much anyone. Unlike most, Monica ACTUALLY works for her client. Monica is fast, concise, thorough, and the follow-up Queen! The woman knows her business, the markets and provides outstanding advise when asked. Advice which got us the highest $$ for our property given the current climate. Conns? If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that Monica lives and works in FL, and I cannot continue to give her my ongoing business here in Montana.

Monica was very insightful and gave us a very pleasant experience. We decided to move from Florida across the country to Washington after retiring from the military. Even being hundreds of miles away she made the experience easy and handled everything. We couldn't be more thankful for all of her help and effort she put into selling our home. whether someone is buying or selling, I definitely would recommend her.
