Misti came highly recommended to us at the very beginning of the process, so we reached out. She was highly communicative, listened to exactly what we were looking for, and had created a site for us to view houses by the next day. During each step of the process, we felt seen and heard- she never rushed us, gave us the realistic truths about each house, and was constantly on the lookout for our best interest. She even went so far as to move our signing for us so that we would have more time to read over documents and be prepared with no hidden surprises. It was clear she knew how to do her job down to the most intricate detail and made the process so seamless. While we had a lot of nervousness being first-time homebuyers, she built up our excitement and confidence, and celebrated with us at each new benchmark moment. We loved working with Misti, from her professionalism, to her bright personality, and how she really got to know us to help us find the best house for our needs. Needs to be more open on who pays agent fees. Was not aware I was paying both. Information needs to be explained in a better context so a new person can understand it. There is a lot of paperwork that needs to be signed. Make sure your Agent explains everything to you.

Misti was awesome all the way through the process. When I first came to her I had very limited knowledge about real estate and no experience looking for houses. She explained everything in really professional, kind way. When we decided to put an offer down, she got it written up day off and explained everything to us. Her communication has been top end. She will fight for you to get a fair deal and warn you about things that concern her. She also went out of her way to recommend and set up a handyman/ contractor for me since I am new to the area and had no idea where to look for that. Overall, she is a very sweet, skilled women and I was very impressed.
