Needs to be more open on who pays agent fees. Was not aware I was paying both. Information needs to be explained in a better context so a new person can understand it. There is a lot of paperwork that needs to be signed. Make sure your Agent explains everything to you.

Misti was awesome all the way through the process. When I first came to her I had very limited knowledge about real estate and no experience looking for houses. She explained everything in really professional, kind way. When we decided to put an offer down, she got it written up day off and explained everything to us. Her communication has been top end. She will fight for you to get a fair deal and warn you about things that concern her. She also went out of her way to recommend and set up a handyman/ contractor for me since I am new to the area and had no idea where to look for that.
