I had to be in a different state while selling my house. Mike took care of everything and made the sale quick and easy.

I normally don’t rate 5 stars because there is always room for improvement but in this case Mike P was always going above and beyond making this a very pleasant experience. It took him a lot of extra work as we lived out of state but he jumped in and guided us to quick professional conclusion.

The title pretty much sums it up. Mike is a calming influence when things don't go exactly as his clients might have hoped or planned, and he exhibits tremendous patience even when dealing with a client who is, shall we say, a bit less so.
