This is the third home that we have been involved with Mike on since 2004. He is the best and if the need arises in the future we would not even consider using anyone else.

We bought and sold two home using Mike. He was so professional and yet down home friendly. No pressure ever and he made many suggestions to us that we hadn’t thought of. We would recommend him to everyone.

Mike was always pro-active in responding to my numerous questions reguarding taxes, insurance, fees and other minor issues that came up on the inspection report.

Mike is very nice Realitor he worked with us to find our home in Florida when we were still in Minnesota. And when I asked him to find me a fixer upper for my brother he was able to find us a few options. The one thing I wish he would have done was to tell us more about the house and help us look for things that were wrong with the homes but if I needed to buy another house I would use Mike Joy

Mike Joy was a pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer any questions and concerns that we might have had about the house we were interested in.
