I want to relay a personal experience of a single woman who had an idea that she might be able to purchase a home of her own… in her beautiful hometown of San Diego, CA… on a modest income. Mike listened to the thoughts and hopes the woman had. He was honest with the woman about what she could afford and why. He educated her on how to check websites for First Time Homebuyers and how to maneuver the sites. He sent her daily listings of all homes in her price range. He partnered with a Lender that had the patience to explain the financials of purchasing a home. The Lender was honest with the woman about what she could afford based on her income and debt. The woman knew she had to take the advice of Mike and the Lender and weigh it and do what she needed to do to keep moving foward. The woman did not let the dream of homeownership go by the wayside. Mike clearly is an East Coast guy, his loyalty to me as his client, and tenacity is apparent. I decided to search for my first home. Having no experience in home buying, It was crucial to find the perfect agent to guide me through the process. Mike was exactly the agent I needed. From our first meeting, Mike came across as very sincere, organized, and committed to helping me find a home. He was very professional and easy to work with, and took the time to answer all my questions (that were many!) and guide me through all the process. Not only does he have your best interests in mind, but he is very accommodating. We met to view properties that I was interested fairly quick, the same day or within a day. Also, he was easily accessible, answering emails and phone calls promptly and often late into the night. From finding a condo, to making an offer, then working through negotiations and inspections and finally receiving the keys to my first home, Mike was right there to guide me through each step. If someone asked me to recommend them a buyer's agent, I would recommend Mike without thinking twice about it. And if I ever need to buy again in San Diego, I will call him right away.

Mike hands down is the guy you want as your Realtor. Especially, if you're first time buyers like us! His communication was great. He is easy going, friendly and strait to the point.
