I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michelle Menna on (3) projects so far. I must say, she’s my favorite agent to work with. In every step of the process, she was diligent, persistent, on time and loyal to my interests. She’s the most hard-working agent I know. In our experience, Michelle is a very competent, patient and an understanding agent, and somebody we were very grateful to have by our side during our first home buying experience. We highly recommend her, especially for first-time home buyers. We summarize below some of her qualities that appealed to us the most: 1. She has a very calm demeanor which was a big plus for us given that this was a very stressful experience for us overall. Due to certain circumstances it became important for us to complete the home purchase in a time bound manner, and she helped us through the process on every step of the way. 2. She was very patient and attuned to our needs from the beginning till the very end. 3. She adapted very quickly to the way our preferences changed as we progressed more into the buying process. 4. 5 stars on communication! She had a pre-planned international trip which (as luck would have it) coincided with the timing of our escrow. She made sure that the communication ran smoothly and covered all aspects of the process before leaving. We never had any hiccups despite her travels. She was in communication with us daily during her trip and had her colleague help us out on things that needed to be done in-person, on the ground. 5. She continues to help us out even today, even weeks after the close of escrow, with so many aspects of setting up our new home! Michelle started out as our agent has now become a family friend (hopefully for years to come !) Look no further, especially if you are a first-time buyer !
