She was helpful in facilitating all inspections and making sure they were all done within a timely manner. She would then walk me through all of the results and made sure I understood what was being said and what actions would need to be taken from them, if any. If I had any questions or concerns she was prompt with responses and made sure I was satisfied with her responses.
