Michelle was really responsible, patient & knowledgeable. I had certain requirements that I needed met in order to work with someone and she met them all. I only wanted her to be present at the open houses, not another realtor that doesn't know me or anything about my property. She was there at every open house. Also I didn't want any realtors going into my home without her, and opt out of having a lock-box because I have a dog, and I didn't know how my dog would react to strangers walking in. My dog just loves her! Along the way there were bumps along the way in the escrow process because of the buyer and Michelle was on top of it the whole time handling everything professionally. I requested to be aware of anything and everything along the way of selling my place, and she'd call and text me all the time keeping me in the loop of everything, which was extremely important to me. Patient, insightful, responsible, caring, thorough and kind are qualities that I would attribute to Michelle. My wife and I found Michelle by chance. She was listed as the agent on an online site. We searched for a home in LA for more then 6 months without Michelle putting any pressure on us or her showing frustration when we passed on many homes I'm sure she felt were right for us. When it came to closing on the home we purchased, she was like a mother hen and made sure that negotiations went in our favor and saved us quite a bit of money.

She then brought in several stagers and gardeners to make sure that the house was put on the market looking its best.
