My husband and I have known Michelle for many years. We lived near each other in Upstate NY. When I found out that the person that was recommended to show us around the neighborhoods of Murrells Inlet, SC, I was excited that I knew Michelle. She listened to our wants (style, size, location, etc). She sent us literally hundreds of houses to virtually go through. This was key for us so that we made fewer trips. Because of this, we found our gem in a gated community, larger than we needed, but under budget AND during the first week we were there! She was knowledgeable about each and every house. She was not pushy when we walked in and immediately said, not our style.........she didn't take us outside of our preferred locations which saved time. We could not be happier with our purchase!
