If you're looking for an agent that's not thinking of their commision first and you second, Mike is the agent you want. He wasn't suggesting overpriced homes, knowing that we couldn't do that, as many agents can be known to do. There was ZERO pressure working with Mike and he was so easy to work with! He always went above and beyond. He would get us into see homes at a moment's notice and even after work hours. It would allow us to avoid open houses and get more than 15 minutes to look around before deciding to put a bid on a house. His knowledge and drive didn't end there because he made the P&S and other processes simple and painless. As professional as Mike is, he is just as caring and kind. He was just as excited when our offer got accepted as we were!!
