In a brutal and unpredictable real estate market, Michael worked his butt off to help us find new home. While we worked with both Michael and his colleague, Bob, Michael took the lead in helping us buy our home. We weren't easy clients. Our search area was broad, ranging from the city (Roslindale, West Rox) to MetroWest and down to Medfield, which meant Michael did A LOT of driving on our behalf. We also didn't know exactly what we wanted at the beginning of our search, but Michael listened to our shifting opinions, answered all our questions, and helped guide us through our options. He was endlessly patient with us, even when we made decisions that created more work for him. And he was a tireless advocate. When we finally found the house we eventually bought, we wanted to submit the most competitive offer possible, which meant preparing and sending the offer to the sellers less than 24 hours after we saw the house at a private showing. Michael stayed up past midnight analyzing the property to guide our offer, then woke up early the next day to pull everything together after we talked about it. And it worked! We succeeded in buying our home as a direct result of his efforts. Working with Michael was an excellent experience! My husband and I were first time home buyers in an extremely daunting market. One of my favorite things about working with Michael was that he was SO personable - We never felt like "clients" or like Mike was working with us on a transaction but he felt more like a friend that was genuinely invested in helping us find our first home. He was extremely honest and never pushy - Working with our timeline and made himself extremely available to tour homes on a moments notice. It was so comforting to know that our agent really did have our best interests in mind.
