I don't think I'll have enough room to talk about how amazing Mike is but working with him is any first-time buyer (or any homebuyer's) dream. He goes above and beyond for how clients, walks them through the process, and makes a very stressful experience calming and reassuring. This market has been absolutely nuts and there have been unforeseen challenges that arose, but Mike was ALWAYS there for me and always did what he felt was necessary to ensure I got into a home. He connected me (and still connects me) to the right people to help do little projects here and there and is not only a great agent, he's an amazing human being.

Working with Michael was comfortable and easy, with frequent communication, and no pressure to make choices that didn't feel right. We met Michael when he sold my fiancé’s house and he was fast and professional, very kind and communicated quickly with all parties (my fiancé and his ex wife). So I thought when it came to looking for a place why not connect with him. Within hours of contacting him we were in open houses and got lists of potential properties. Our first weekend out we found our house and he facilitated the purchase every step of the way, from the initial visit to the closing and beyond. We had been pre-approved prior to retaining Michael but next time I will be going with his recommended mortgage broker. That’s the only part I regret, not going with his recommendation for everything. He had his ducks in a row and back up plans to weak areas and was super supportive and resilient when things hit bumps in the road. I cannot recommend him enough! He is smart, organized and focused. And in his off time he runs an charity. Just in case you wonder where his priorities lie.

If you're looking for an agent that's not thinking of their commision first and you second, Mike is the agent you want. He wasn't suggesting overpriced homes, knowing that we couldn't do that, as many agents can be known to do. There was ZERO pressure working with Mike and he was so easy to work with! He always went above and beyond. He would get us into see homes at a moment's notice and even after work hours. It would allow us to avoid open houses and get more than 15 minutes to look around before deciding to put a bid on a house. His knowledge and drive didn't end there because he made the P&S and other processes simple and painless. As professional as Mike is, he is just as caring and kind. He was just as excited when our offer got accepted as we were!!

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and had a million questions, but Michael made the entire process as smooth and easy as possible. He was always available to answer all of my questions.
