Mike was a real joy to work with and we would happily recommend him to anyone! I never felt like he was pushing us or trying to scare us into settling for a house we didn't want or a neighborhood we didn't like (unlike other agents we talked to). He was extremely knowledgeable, understood exactly what we were looking for and took the search at the pace that was comfortable to us. As we were first time home buyers, there was plenty we didn't know and he made sure to patiently explain everything in detail and answer any question we had, including recommendations for anything we needed (lawyers, home owners insurance, cleaners, etc.). He also had great relationships with other agents in the area and this was part of the reason we were able to move so quickly to put an offer in and have it accepted. He made the entire process simple and fun and I am so grateful we had someone like him looking out for us in this crazy market.

Where do I start.. well after going through two other agents, who could have cared less about me I was given Michaels name. After four long years with another agents I was referred to Michael. I admit I was very picky about my location but that did not stop him. He sent letters to all the condo owners saying that he had an interested buyer. He heard back from two. (I was actually instructed to do this by another agent....on my own buy where do I start?). One was desperate to sell but they couldn’t get the tenant out. He worked weekly with Michael, including Michael contacting legal advice .... above and beyond!!! When this condo unit was posted on FB as coming up for sale he contacted the agent on a Friday night after 6 pm! In just two short weeks I moved in! He did all the paper work, helped me find a real estate lawyer , had an inspection done all while working as the president of a non profit organization that had a very important event and very near and dear to his heart, he never mentioned this until after the event took place. He also contacted me a week later with another set of keys that I could have picked up at his office but he chose to deliver them to me. This was just the experience I had while I bought this condo however, he took me at a moments notice to other condos in other towns but he knew I would not be happy because he knew my heart was set on this particular condo unit nonetheless but he took me anyway. I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael to everyone that was selling or buying. He has a sixth sense about the stress and emotions one goes through while doing the whole process. After I moved in he stopped by with a gift and one year after I moved in I received a card. This realtor was amazing in so many ways! Imagine looking up the information and writing to each and every condo owner to help someone find their forever home!!

My husband and I were first time home buyers looking for a house in a small town when limited houses were available. We had been told all sorts of horror stories of things going wrong in that process and I am happy to report that we closed on the home without a single hiccup! Mike took so much stress out of the home buying process it felt so good having someone in our corner who we fully trusted. We have been happily living in this home for several months now and could not be happier. It is literally a dream come true. I'd happily recommend Mike to any friend or family looking for an agent. I don't think I'll have enough room to talk about how amazing Mike is but working with him is any first-time buyer (or any homebuyer's) dream. He goes above and beyond for how clients, walks them through the process, and makes a very stressful experience calming and reassuring. We met Michael when he sold my fiancé’s house and he was fast and professional, very kind and communicated quickly with all parties (my fiancé and his ex wife). So I thought when it came to looking for a place why not connect with him. Within hours of contacting him we were in open houses and got lists of potential properties. Our first weekend out we found our house and he facilitated the purchase every step of the way, from the initial visit to the closing and beyond. We had been pre-approved prior to retaining Michael but next time I will be going with his recommended mortgage broker. That’s the only part I regret, not going with his recommendation for everything. He had his ducks in a row and back up plans to weak areas and was super supportive and resilient when things hit bumps in the road. I cannot recommend him enough! He is smart, organized and focused. And in his off time he runs an charity. Just in case you wonder where his priorities lie.
