Working with Michael was an excellent experience! My husband and I were first time home buyers in an extremely daunting market. One of my favorite things about working with Michael was that he was SO personable - We never felt like "clients" or like Mike was working with us on a transaction but he felt more like a friend that was genuinely invested in helping us find our first home. He was extremely honest and never pushy - Working with our timeline and made himself extremely available to tour homes on a moments notice. It was so comforting to know that our agent really did have our best interests in mind. I was so impressed when Mike would confirm "Yeah...this isn't your house" rather than trying to push us into making an offer. He was extremely helpful when the time did come to put in offers in terms of advice and helping us to build an amazing team (lawyers, who to hire for inspection, etc.) and kept everything on track for our closing date. Michael is truly everything you would ever want in an agent. He is compassionate, responsive, dedicated, and confident. Selling a house even in the best of times can be stressful and yet he was able to alleviate that stress and make selling as easy as possible. I started working with Mike in 2021, initially looking to purchase another multi-family investment property; 2021 was a very challenging year to purchase Real Estate given the historic low interest rates and extreme competition for low inventory. Despite looking at many homes in 2021 and not finding any of the correct deals, Mike hung in there and always ensure he was looking out for my best interests. Given my repeated challenge, I pivoted on my strategy and determine to purchase a new single-family home for my Fiancé and I. Again, we were faced with low inventory and challenging competition. Mike once again assisted us looking at some many homes and after almost a year, we found the perfect home for us. Mike was very easy to work with and always ensured my interests and needs came first. The process on closing on our new home was challenging as it was a new construction, but Mike was excellent in communications and was key to working with another realtor, who was not as organized, to ensure the deal got done. Mike was a real joy to work with and we would happily recommend him to anyone! I never felt like he was pushing us or trying to scare us into settling for a house we didn't want or a neighborhood we didn't like (unlike other agents we talked to). He was extremely knowledgeable, understood exactly what we were looking for and took the search at the pace that was comfortable to us. As we were first time home buyers, there was plenty we didn't know and he made sure to patiently explain everything in detail and answer any question we had, including recommendations for anything we needed (lawyers, home owners insurance, cleaners, etc.). He also had great relationships with other agents in the area and this was part of the reason we were able to move so quickly to put an offer in and have it accepted. He made the entire process simple and fun and I am so grateful we had someone like him looking out for us in this crazy market.
Where do I start.. well after going through two other agents, who could have cared less about me I was given Michaels name. After four long years with another agents I was referred to Michael. I admit I was very picky about my location but that did not stop him. He sent letters to all the condo owners saying that he had an interested buyer. He heard back from two. (I was actually instructed to do this by another agent....on my own buy where do I start?). One was desperate to sell but they couldn’t get the tenant out. He worked weekly with Michael, including Michael contacting legal advice .... above and beyond!!! When this condo unit was posted on FB as coming up for sale he contacted the agent on a Friday night after 6 pm! In just two short weeks I moved in! He did all the paper work, helped me find a real estate lawyer , had an inspection done all while working as the president of a non profit organization that had a very important event and very near and dear to his heart, he never mentioned this until after the event took place. He also contacted me a week later with another set of keys that I could have picked up at his office but he chose to deliver them to me. This was just the experience I had while I bought this condo however, he took me at a moments notice to other condos in other towns but he knew I would not be happy because he knew my heart was set on this particular condo unit nonetheless but he took me anyway. I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael to everyone that was selling or buying. He has a sixth sense about the stress and emotions one goes through while doing the whole process. After I moved in he stopped by with a gift and one year after I moved in I received a card. This realtor was amazing in so many ways! Imagine looking up the information and writing to each and every condo owner to help someone find their forever home!!
Micheal is super young and ambitious to sell. He sold out house way over asking price. Responded to all my calls and concerned and communicated with the owners for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. I was really happy with his work
