We were so surprised on how quickly Micheal sold our house. My husband and I thinking it would take 3 months to sell our house. It took Michael ONLY 6 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! We listened to what he had to say about our house and applied the tips he gave us to the house. He didn't just take pictures he did a video walk of the house and he used a droid. So that people that are looking at the house online can see the neighborhood. He does his own wedsite and all. He was able to help drive the selling price up on our home. He is an awesome person and realtor. After we sold our home we wanted to move out of state. Michael had helped us with the realtor from the state that we were looking at to get us a house to rent. We had told our neighbors, family and friends about how great and fast Michael is. He had started out as or realtor, but now him and his family are our friends.

Seeming less, wonderful, professional experience! Michael Marchena and his team handled the the transaction like pros and made the process simple.
