Seeming less, wonderful, professional experience! Michael Marchena and his team handled the the transaction like pros and made the process simple. They addressed all my concerns and helped were available to answer all of my questions within minutes. I know they work with a lot of clients but they were able to make me feel like I was the only client they had. We were so surprised on how quickly Micheal sold our house. My husband and I thinking it would take 3 months to sell our house. It took Michael ONLY 6 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! We listened to what he had to say about our house and applied the tips he gave us to the house. He didn't just take pictures he did a video walk of the house and he used a droid. So that people that are looking at the house online can see the neighborhood. He does his own wedsite and all. He was able to help drive the selling price up on our home. He is an awesome person and realtor. After we sold our home we wanted to move out of state. Michael had helped us with the realtor from the state that we were looking at to get us a house to rent. If you are tired of wasting time and always hearing the same lame excuses most realtors give and don't help you with your home needs whether is selling or buying, STOP what you are doing right now, and CALL MICHAEL RIGHT NOW! Trust me, I'm an engineer. I know what I'm talking about. Lol. All jokes aside. We could not be any happier by his professionalism and dedication to his work. There are Realtors, and then there are REALTORS. Mike is relentless. Watching him work can, at times, by dizzying. He's constantly just going & going.. stopping at nothing to get the job done. It's a common cliche ine real estate industry to hear people say "they really care" (about a client). But Mike REALLY DOES.
