Just closed escrow yesterday on a 2nd home my wife and I purchased (2/28/2020). My husband and I were first time home buyers and traveled up to Temecula to “just look” at houses in the area. We met Michael at one of his open houses, as well as a lender. We were very new to the process and wanted to get a grasp on what we could get in our price range. After a great discussion on financing and Mike gave us some tips for our search, we went to look at further houses. Of course, the very next house we went to was THE HOUSE. We knew we didn’t have all our ducks in a row (finding the house before financing) but reached out to Mike and the lender we met earlier, to see if it was even possible. Mike’s response was, “let’s do it”. After a crazy 24 hours we had already had our financing approved and an offer on the table! Within just a couple days we were in escrow! Insane!! My husband and I still mention how they must have spent their whole evening getting things going. It was such a fast turnaround. Through out the whole process Michael was so easy to get in contact with; if we had any questions he’d respond very quickly. I know it’s not the case for a lot of people, but it was such smooth sailing, we actually closed on our house two weeks early! Since moving to the area, Mike and Anita have become great friends. They have been a great source to go to if we need recommendations for anything; gardener, dryer repair, good place for dinner. Would highly recommend them, they know what they are doing, and made the process so much easier than we thought it could be.
