From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help us sell our home in Temecula and navigate the process of buying our new home out of state. We decided to sell our house pretty suddenly and get it under contract within 45 days if we wanted to close on our new place, which felt like a huge challenge. The market was tough at the time, especially during the Presidential Election, and while we had some showings, there were no solid offers. The first offer we received wasn’t ideal, and we were feeling uncertain.
