I have lived in many different states and have dealt with many different Realtors throughout the years. By FAR, the best are Michael and Anita Marchena! I’m not one for reviews either, but this dynamic power couple goes way above and beyond what one would expect from a top notch Realtor. They both make you feel like you are their only client, even though they both are insanely busy. Their attention to detail and effective communication not only sold my home in record time, but well above the list price. (This was all before the big COVID housing boom as well!). If you want top dollar for your home, and in record time- these two are the ones you want in your corner!!

Michael and Anita are probably the best realtors I have ever had. They are extremely responsive and helpful with questions. During the buying and selling process, they ensured that my wife and I were educated on the matters that we were dealing with and what we could do when we ran into problems. Even after we sold the house they have been helping with dealing with a difficult solar company to get the panels put back on for the current owner. You couldn't have anybody better on your side when selling or buying.

Michael is absolutely the top in his field. His promotions of property are very inventive, unique and original. Michael is so dedicated to doing the best for his client and we would highly recommend him to anyone who has dealings in real estate. He's the best .

Michael and Anita Marchena made ever arrangement to sell our last house to include setting up a Community Yard Sale so we could lighten our load for the move. Every doubt my wife and I had about the over all value of our home and what it would apprais for, the Marchena's used their knowledge and experience to educate and reassure us, and we cannot thank them enough. I have bought and sold 5 homes in my life and never felt as good about it as I did with Michael and Anita. They truly know what they are doing and they put their hearts into it.
