When my husband and I began our search for our first home we wanted something right away with little interruption to our lives. We were contacted by a few Realtors from our initial search on Zillow. Most of them just sent us a listing of potential homes for us to sort through. We were then contacted by Michael Marchena. What set him apart immediately were his prompt response, his candidness, and his desire to help us find the right home for our family. Even though we did not yet agree to make him our Realtor, within the first phone call Michael was able to do what other Realtors failed to do by researching and notifying us of the status of the homes that we were interested in and it turned out quite a few of the houses were no longer on the market. Michael Marchena is awesome! He is extremely thorough and very responsive. He was the agent I was originally working with but wound up finding work outside of his area, yet he was still there whenever I needed him and answered any and all questions I had without pause!
