Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us find our first home and hopefully forever home. She was very knowledgeable on the areas and markets we were looking in. When the first property we had an accepted offer on fell through due to structural issues, Melissa was extremely quick at helping us find more houses to view. We went through Divvy Homes to secure our home, and Melissa was very knowledgeable on their processes and kept up constant communication with them through everything. She was very flexible with house viewings, which was very helpful since my husband I both are tattoo artists with difficult schedules to alter. Even with this crazy market, she kept her cool and got us into a great house that exceeded all our needs and helped us stay under our budget. We can not speak highly enough of Melissa and are extremely grateful to have had her as our realtor!!

Melissa was speedy from the first phone call. We set up time and day, which was couple days away. We talked to let her know what we wanted, also have her an address that we wanted to see. We had 4 appts to look at. The third house is the one we loved and by the time we got to the next house, she had Divvy drafting our offer.
