They knew the current market extremely well and were very knowledgeable about the specific neighborhood. Because the house was vacant and I wasn’t able to be there in person, their level of service made an enormous difference. They provided what I can only describe as concierge-level attention—meeting inspectors and workers when necessary, keeping an eye on the property, and noticing things that needed attention, from a sticky door lock to weeds, ants, and all the little issues that inevitably come up with a vacant house. They were also invaluable when it came time to evaluate and negotiate multiple offers. Their guidance helped me confidently choose and navigate the stronger offer, even though it involved a more complicated path to closing, and they arranged an international closing so I could complete the sale from abroad. Throughout the process, I felt that the property was being actively looked after rather than simply listed for sale. Their knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to step in wherever needed made what could have been a very difficult long-distance sale remarkably manageable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Selling, or buying a home is STRESSFUL. Denise and Melissa worked patiently with me for over a year when I purchased my home. When it was time to sell that property, they were the only people I was ever going to call. When I was ready, Melissa and Denise came over to the home and pointed out some minor things that needed repair, some outdoor surfaces has chipping paint, there was a basement window that was cracked, things like that. I followed their instructions to the letter. That instruction paid off, the home was listed, and just 3 days later a full price offer was received, and the only thing I had to do was replace a cracked outlet cover. Having a home READY for FHA financing makes a HUGE difference. These are the things that a valuable realtor will know, and they will be honest with you. Excellent communication throughout the process, my texts were returned within minutes, and the phone calls always answered. I could not have asked for more.

Melissa is an amazing realtor. She sold my brother his condo and when he passed she handled the selling of the condo. Her knowledge is only out weighted by her compassion and understanding of our needs. She was always available to answer questions and to explain things so we understood what was going on. She kept us informed as to what to expect, how things worked and the time frame. One thing that really impressed me was the planning of when to put the condo on the market to get the best price. I will never use another realtor.

Always willing to answer a basic question , Melissa will also research unique situations and find solutions if needed. selling a home is rarely perfect but Melissa stayed ahead of the process and told me what to expect each step of the way.
