Selling, or buying a home is STRESSFUL. Denise and Melissa worked patiently with me for over a year when I purchased my home. When it was time to sell that property, they were the only people I was ever going to call. When I was ready, Melissa and Denise came over to the home and pointed out some minor things that needed repair, some outdoor surfaces has chipping paint, there was a basement window that was cracked, things like that. I followed their instructions to the letter. That instruction paid off, the home was listed, and just 3 days later a full price offer was received, and the only thing I had to do was replace a cracked outlet cover. Having a home READY for FHA financing makes a HUGE difference. These are the things that a valuable realtor will know, and they will be honest with you. Excellent communication throughout the process, my texts were returned within minutes, and the phone calls always answered. I could not have asked for more.

Melissa is an amazing realtor. She sold my brother his condo and when he passed she handled the selling of the condo. Her knowledge is only out weighted by her compassion and understanding of our needs. She was always available to answer questions and to explain things so we understood what was going on. She kept us informed as to what to expect, how things worked and the time frame. One thing that really impressed me was the planning of when to put the condo on the market to get the best price.
