Mellisa is such a phenomenal real states agent. We were able to find the perfect house for our family, and a perfect place to enjoy living... She was very supportive and always there from start to the end of our closing date. She is dependable, will always walk and guide her client every step of the way... She is also honest and sweet to her clients.. We give her a High Five!... and 10 out of 10!... Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a real states agent in finding their perfect home... Melissa was perfect in every aspect of the whole process from selling our home to helping us find a new one that would fit our needs. She was always available and ready to answer any and all questions that I had. She explained things in terms I would understand and did not quit until I was comfortable with the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone who asks, and will go to her in the future should the need arise.

She is very knowledgeable, responsive, punctual, agent! She always got back to our calls and texts within minutes. She’s patient and try’s to understand both spouses needs. She’s funny and a great person to be around. I will def recommend her to my friends and family.

Melissa has gone way above and beyond. She has listed a total of 4 homes for me and the last 2 I will be signing on tomorrow. She is so helpful and stays in constant contact to provide me with status and the various forms for e-signing, etc. She is very helpful to give great advice!!! Love, love, love Melissa!!!

My daughter recommended Melissa to us. She explained all was going to happen. Helped with all questions we had selling our home. All went well.

Melissa Grasso was the first real estate agent I worked with that truly listened to our needs. She understood what we wanted and went out of her way to answer all our questions, even reaching out to the builders on our behalf. If it wasn't for her, I don't believe the process would have been as smooth as it was.

We do not write reviews often, however with the experience we had with Melissa, we felt we could not keep silent. When we decided to sell our home, we met with many realtors and interviewed them diligently. After our search we decided on Melissa and our intuition was spot on. This is the fourth property we have sold, and Melissa's expertise made it by far the easiest, flawless sale we have had. Melissa came on board with a plan we liked. She was very decisive carrying her plan. She did everything she said she would do when she said she would do it. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always available to answer our questions. Melissa used her years of experience and knowledge to market our home. In a time when interest rates are the rise, we allowed several months to get into escrow. Melissa worked hard and within 5 days, had several offers. We ended up accepting an offer over our asking price. Her service didn't end there. She kept us informed through every step of the escrow process. We very highly recommend you consider Melissa Grasso for all your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed !

I when through my life few agent’s work with it..But Melissa is superb one of kind person and agent!! She is top of everything head of you! Wish all the agents out there example like a Melissa. Next time I need agents no doubt I will go for someone else. I will choose any time Melissa! Well she is exception!! I am very pleased with her she is awesome 🤩

After a e few phone calls,we met with Melissa, and after speaking with her, we knew she was the right person for us. She would represent us, and had our back at every turn of the the selling and concurrent buying process. Never hesitated to return our calls or answer our questions until we fully understood what was happening. I would recommend her to anyone, and would ask for her again in the future. It all started with a handshake and an understanding of what that meant to me. My only regret is that I can only give her 5 stars.

I can't say enough about Melissa she was right there with us every step of the way. I have some escrow experience with different agents and I have to say she is the top of the best absolutely love her she never let us worry or wonder what was gonna happen and she always fixed it if something did happen. I'll never use another agent. Love her

I can't say enough about Melissa she was on top of it from the 2nd we signed her on till the very last minute. She was always there, we never had to guess or wonder what was going on when we weren't really sure, she always answered the phone and she always fixed it when there was something going on. We can't say enough about Melissa, We will never use anybody else again. Thank you so much Melissa you are the best we love you.

I really enjoyed working with Melissa and and highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your home. She is a top notch agent, knowledgeable and energetic and really seems to enjoy her work. She’s a great negotiator and problem solver and got us through a moment when we weren’t sure if the sell would go through. Melissa went above and beyond working with the buyers and their agent to close the deal. I never felt as though I was just one of many clients but always as if I was the only client.
