I when through my life few agent’s work with it..But Melissa is superb one of kind person and agent!! She is top of everything head of you! Wish all the agents out there example like a Melissa. Next time I need agents no doubt I will go for someone else. I will choose any time Melissa! Well she is exception!! I am very pleased with her she is awesome 🤩

After a e few phone calls,we met with Melissa, and after speaking with her, we knew she was the right person for us. She would represent us, and had our back at every turn of the the selling and concurrent buying process. Never hesitated to return our calls or answer our questions until we fully understood what was happening. I would recommend her to anyone, and would ask for her again in the future. It all started with a handshake and an understanding of what that meant to me. My only regret is that I can only give her 5 stars.

I really enjoyed working with Melissa and and highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your home. She is a top notch agent, knowledgeable and energetic and really seems to enjoy her work. She’s a great negotiator and problem solver and got us through a moment when we weren’t sure if the sell would go through. Melissa went above and beyond working with the buyers and their agent to close the deal. I never felt as though I was just one of many clients but always as if I was the only client.

I enjoyed working with Melissa Grasso. She kept me well informed and answered all my texts and silly questions I had. She was very kind and patient with me as I am not very knowledgeable about selling a house. She even came over and helped me pack snd clean. Even after escrow closed she has offered to come help me.

Melissa was very helpful answering whatever questions I had. I live 85 miles away so there was a little more work was involved like watching house and taking out garbage....as I was traveling back and forth. She also coordinated the entire transaction including having inspectors coming two extra times because I did not do the repairs correctly. It was nice that the whole process was "in house" too from listing thru closing. The transaction was very smooth with no hiccups during the entire transaction. You can't go wrong using her.

Melissa made our home buying experience not once but twice phenomenal! She goes above and beyond for her clients, got us the best deals and made the process very smooth. She understands the industry and works very hard for her clients she was available for us at anytime of the day or time to answer any questions or to show us any houses we wanted to see she is also the best negotiator that you want to have on your side.
