Melissa hands-down is the best Realtor I’ve ever had, and I have bought and sold several houses over the years. First, she. is an awesome marketer, priced it just right. We ended up getting an offer for the full price the next day! She knows what she’s doing, is it extremely professional, and a delight to work with. What’s also special are the little extra things she does for her clients, which no other Realtor has ever done. Aside from her great realtor skills, she’s also a wonderful person. I would absolutely hire her again, and can’t recommend her enough!

I have to start by saying that I have a big bias against real estate agent. We had some really bad experience and generally found them to be totally irrelevant or even a barrier to finding our dream home. Melissa was so good that she changed my mind about agents. I would say her biggest strength is her tireless work ethic. She responds quickly and thoroughly to EVERYTHING. She also is very good at looking at for you as the client in negotiations. We bought a brand new home from a builder and Melissa was able to negotiate so many credits that it went over our maximum for closing costs. Melissa was also incredible kind — dropped off food for us when we moved in, gave us a nice gift, even paid money out of her own pocket to cover something we needed last minute that we couldn’t get from the builder. Overall she’s a fabulous agent.

Melissa was so great. We had a house that was inherited in an area that we were not totally familiar with. I lived so far that being physically there was difficult. Melissa not only was compassionate and empathetic regarding the loss of our family member, she made things so much easier. The second we handed over a copy of the keys, she took a huge weight off our shoulders. She had contacts for everything, was able to help set up an estate sale, and took care of all the issues that came up so that we didn’t have to travel to the house. Everything was able to able handled online as well as her arranging a mobile notary. I cannot recommend her enough! You will not regret putting your trust in Melissa!
