From the time needed to prep, to time frame for the "coming soon", to the best price to list at, etc. Melissa stayed involved in the process all the way up to working with escrow after close on the how and when we would receive our payout. Melissa was always professional, willing to share her expertise, and offer us her opinion on every aspect of selling a house that we needed help with. That being said, she was also flexible and pragmatic in allowing us to make the final determination on the key decisions.

I have to start by saying that I have a big bias against real estate agent. We had some really bad experience and generally found them to be totally irrelevant or even a barrier to finding our dream home. Melissa was so good that she changed my mind about agents. I would say her biggest strength is her tireless work ethic. She responds quickly and thoroughly to EVERYTHING. She also is very good at looking at for you as the client in negotiations. We bought a brand new home from a builder and Melissa was able to negotiate so many credits that it went over our maximum for closing costs. Melissa was also incredible kind — dropped off food for us when we moved in, gave us a nice gift, even paid money out of her own pocket to cover something we needed last minute that we couldn’t get from the builder. Overall she’s a fabulous agent.
