Melissa is a true professional! Her knowledge of the market and personalized approach was impressive. She created complete market analysis and marketing plan to sell our condo. She was open to our feedback and questions and she responded promptly to texts and emails. We would highly recommend Melissa as your realtor.

Melissa knew the market in my area very well and I felt very comfortable with her

Melissa was referred to us by our long time friend and realtor that moved out of state. Melissa is very friendly and knowledgeable, helping us navigate through selling our long time home. She communicated consistently and empathized with our situation. Overall a very good experience and I consider Melissa our new friend ❤️

Melissa was so great. We had a house that was inherited in an area that we were not totally familiar with. I lived so far that being physically there was difficult. Melissa not only was compassionate and empathetic regarding the loss of our family member, she made things so much easier. The second we handed over a copy of the keys, she took a huge weight off our shoulders. She had contacts for everything, was able to help set up an estate sale, and took care of all the issues that came up so that we didn’t have to travel to the house. Everything was able to able handled online as well as her arranging a mobile notary. I cannot recommend her enough! You will not regret putting your trust in Melissa!

Melissa assisted us in purchasing a home in Corona. We lived in the midwest during the purchase and she helped us through all the hurdles involved purchasing a home “long distance”. The transaction went without a hitch and Melissa was always just a phone call or text away. She is a fantastic realtor with first rate communication skills as well as knowledge of the complete purchase process. We highly recommend her without reservation.

Melissa was wonderful to work with. After posting our home online, she had a beautiful brochure created and a great video made. She had the first open house and got us a buyer that day. We closed escrow in 14 days. Her openness to answer all questions and communication was excellent. It was a dream transaction. We recommend her wholeheartedly!

Melissa is GREAT! She’s a relentlessly hard worker who cares about her clients — we were so lucky to have her represent us as buyers :)

Melissa went beyond our expectations. She was always there to help us with anything we needed . We remove from a different State and it was not easy. But Melissa made the transition. Very smooth. I am so grateful. I met her. She has become a great friend. Any questions we needed. She was always there to help us! I have recommended Melissa to all my family members and if we decide to move again, I will definitely use Melissa for my real estate agent again!

Did an amazing job. Kept us informed all the way through the process and responded to every little question we had quickly. Made the whole process very easy.

Melissa was the perfect realtor for us. She was extremely punctual and an excellent communicator from beginning to end. She made the sale of our home as easy as possible. She's very knowledgeable about real estate and marketing our home. The staging and video she did was incredible. She has great energy, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell.

She always answered our questions in a timely manner. Every possible issue was already thought of and handled ahead of time by Melissa. We would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Melissa!!
