Melissa was awesome. We went in to our home buying experience on the notion that everybody involved in the process was just here to make a buck and move on. From the moment we met, to the day of closing, Melissa was beyond helpful and up front with us on the process. We were unsure of how everything worked, so her guidance was huge. She still follows up with us to make sure things are going well, and we genuinely cannot thank her enough!
We met Melissa through a friend, even though we had a family friend who was in Real Estate, we decided to go with Melissa. Throughout the whole process she was always available. She texted us or call us with answers to all of our questions and was able to walk us through each step related to our purchase. Melissa was so much more than just helpfully. She was realistic in helping us with the offer we made to the seller. She is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and the area we were interested in. She knew all the details of not only the house but the entire property which included a huge shop/barn, the water system and the things we needed to know about the 27 acres. She communicated with us through the whole process and guided us through everything thing from the offer, to the lender, the insurance quotes, the utilities and was always prompt with an answer to any of our questions. We would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to purchase a home in this area.
