I am so grateful. I met her. She has become a great friend. Any questions we needed. She was always there to help us! Melissa was so much more than just helpfully. She was realistic in helping us with the offer we made to the seller. She is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and the area we were interested in. She knew all the details of not only the house but the entire property which included a huge shop/barn, the water system and the things we needed to know about the 27 acres. She communicated with us through the whole process and guided us through everything thing from the offer, to the lender, the insurance quotes, the utilities and was always prompt with an answer to any of our questions.
