Melissa kept us informed of the comps in the area and had a strategy that we could follow for selling Sue's childhood home after her mom's passing. She understood our goals and handled the situation with compasion and professionalism. She managed to keep the house on track for sale despite it being over 2 hours away and having other clients to take care of. She was upfront about what needed to be fixed. If we couldn't do it ourselves she provided names of professionals in the area that could do it. We will highly recommend Melissa to our friends and everyone else that that needs a Real Estate Agent.
