Melissa is a customer-centric RE Agent who went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the house we wanted. Although we're not fans of dual agent situations, this was one and Melissa performed like the true professional she is handling tricky situations with ease and "serving two masters" with finessee. Melissa has great communication skills and her follow up and follow thru were on point. Melissa was perfect in every aspect of the whole process from selling our home to helping us find a new one that would fit our needs.
