She was very kind and patient with me as I am not very knowledgeable about selling a house. She even came over and helped me pack snd clean. Even after escrow closed she has offered to come help me.
Melissa was very helpful answering whatever questions I had. I live 85 miles away so there was a little more work was involved like watching house and taking out garbage....as I was traveling back and forth. She also coordinated the entire transaction including having inspectors coming two extra times because I did not do the repairs correctly. It was nice that the whole process was "in house" too from listing thru closing. The transaction was very smooth with no hiccups during the entire transaction. You can't go wrong using her.

Melissa was such a hard worker. My home was in pre foreclosure because of divorce and she sold it in days. When i say i was worried about the markst, she hustled. She dropped off garage sale signs, she hired an amazing Photographer, she literally cleaned my walls when the house cleaners did a bad job. She came with cleaning supplies and got to work. We had one open house. She contacted buyers about their comments and secured a sale. She found me a rental and I’m convinced her nagging them got it for me. We were able to stay in the same schools, witin walking distance and I couldn’t have been more relieved. She was in touch constantly giving me updates. You are truly in good hands with her.
