She dropped off garage sale signs, she hired an amazing Photographer, she literally cleaned my walls when the house cleaners did a bad job. She came with cleaning supplies and got to work. We had one open house. She contacted buyers about their comments and secured a sale. She found me a rental and I’m convinced her nagging them got it for me.
