It's hard to describe perfection but you know it when you see it / experience it. That is Melissa. We could not have had a better experience through this entire process. Melissa is thorough on all issues and I have never had any professional as responsive as she has been. All questions were immediately answered and/or explained and dealt with. Moreover, Melissa is kind, thoughtful and caring which helped our family immensely in the difficult process of selling our deceased parents' longtime family home. While I live in Dana Point and out of Melissa's immediate area, I would seek her out to sell my home in a heartbeat. She deserves 5 Stars and then some.
Melissa was so much more than just helpfully. She was realistic in helping us with the offer we made to the seller. She is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and the area we were interested in. She knew all the details of not only the house but the entire property which included a huge shop/barn, the water system and the things we needed to know about the 27 acres. She communicated with us through the whole process and guided us through everything thing from the offer, to the lender, the insurance quotes, the utilities and was always prompt with an answer to any of our questions. We would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to purchase a home in this area.
