It's a magical experience for me and my family! We got to know Matt during an open house tour, which he happened to help on the hosting for his coworker. Back to the time, we didn't have an agent, we were just looking around and weren't serious about buying a house, and that's the first house we hit. Matt proactively followed up with us and share us all the intelligence on the market and the house we were looking at. It's just magical! We didn't really think about buying because the house's price is above our budget by large, however my wife and baby girl loved the house and the commute to work is great for me. Matt patiently continued working with us, in our pace. Finally we put in a offer with 5+% below the asking price, and it was accepted!!! We thought it's a good deal, the seller also liked the offer too (as they are on two mortgages). Getting a new house is exciting, but the "one more thing" I like is Matt's manner on working with clients and his attitude on selling/buying house with a lens on helping both families live a better life. I know he denotes part of his commission to charity for every house deal, which is awesome! I really like Matt's idealism of making house buying/selling a win-win for both family and helping both families live a better life. I think I'll carry that forward for my future real estate transactions. Later after settling the house buying deal, Matt and his wife Amy also helped us on renting out the current home, FOR FREE. The house got rented out like a blitz. We also talked about the market trend and discussed the plan for the next year, on selling or continuing renting. Matt is wonderful !! My wife Tabassum and I were looking for a home.We were a first time home buyer, and we had little information about the whole buying process when we met with Matt it didn't feel like we are meeting him first time.  He took care of almost everything he was super proactive,and kept tabs on everything that was important, he is very honest, reliable,knowledgeable, and axcellent at what he does!
