Not only does Matt come with an abundance of knowledge and experience but he is also very kind and patient. Matt will listen, understand and empathize with any need you could have. He will let you chose the pace and aggression level you are comfortable with moving at, all the while educating you so you feel confident in the choices you are making. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Matt twice. Originally, Matt helped us sell our home. When we unexpectedly moved back to the area a year later we knew we wanted to work with him again buying our next home. Matt helped us sell our townhouse earlier this year at asking price and we had an amazing experience! Matt's calm, easygoing, and knowledgeable manner helped to set us at ease during the whole process. Not only was Matt thoughtful and attentive to us, he also had the savvy to navigate the Seattle market, which in our case meant competing with six other offers. In the end, we got the house we hoped to find in a tough market. Matt did a good job helping us know when it would be good to let OK but not ideal options go and focus on the house that would fit our budget and criteria. It’s hard in a hot market to stay focused and Matt was a great companion and agent all the way through. I really trusted Matt with the negotiation process. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Matt walked me through the process of buying my first home. He's patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and an all around great guy. We had some great conversations while touring homes. With Matt's help, I was able to quickly get an offer on a great home submitted and accepted, despite a sudden deadline due to a competing offer. Matt is wonderful !! My wife Tabassum and I were looking for a home.We were a first time home buyer, and we had little information about the whole buying process when we met with Matt it didn't feel like we are meeting him first time.  He took care of almost everything he was super proactive,and kept tabs on everything that was important, he is very honest, reliable,knowledgeable, and axcellent at what he does!
