Our family was born and raised in California, so moving out of state into a new community and finding a home was a big deal, not to mention we have a teenager. Matthew is very adept at working with families. We toured 2 high schools while we were there and he took us through various neighborhoods and explained what made them unique, as well as touring multiple homes. We still had our home in California and my husband had been traveling back and forth for work, sometimes he was able to tour the property and sometimes it was done virtually. Matthew kept us updated on new homes coming available, spent a lot of time with our family to understand our priorities and was very patient with us. He is fantastic about returning calls, answering questions and making himself available to you. I am very happy that we found our dream home on Mercer Island. I think because we took so long to find what we were looking for another agent might have given up on us, but Matthew did not, He was super patient, thorough and kind. We have bought several properties in California and we have never had such outstanding customer service.

Matt helped me sell my townhouse recently. He was an absolute joy to work with. Everything he did to help prepare my home for sale was fantastic. He had contractors ready to paint, update the carpet, update the light fixtures, clean, and stage the home. They all did a great job. He definitely knows the market and what needed to be done to make my home stand out! He was extremely friendly, asked my opinion on decisions, provided great advice, and managed the process from start to finish in a fantastic, professional, and courteous manner. I'd absolutely use Matt again if I were in the market to buy or sell a home in the area. I can't say enough great things about Matt and his entire team.

Not only did he give money on our behalf to two worthy non-profits in our community, but he gave us a book that had all the pictures of our home with the beautiful staging and a phenomenal story of a life that was changed through one of his partner non-profits. So now we have this incredible memory of the house we loved living in for three years. And if that weren’t enough….. We were moving to Nashville and needed a Realtor. So Matt gets on the phone and makes a few calls, and finds us an incredible realtor who also helped us find our dream home in Nashville. I just can’t conceive of a reason why you wouldn’t choose this real estate agent to help you. He gives money to non-profits, does an incredible job with attentiveness to detail, has a warm personality, he’s amazing with other realtors, and is just an all-around good guy!
