Matt helped me sell my townhouse recently. He was an absolute joy to work with. Everything he did to help prepare my home for sale was fantastic. He had contractors ready to paint, update the carpet, update the light fixtures, clean, and stage the home. They all did a great job. He definitely knows the market and what needed to be done to make my home stand out!
