Matt somehow made what we expected to be a stressful, anxiety-filled first home buying experience (in a very hot real estate market, in the middle of a pandemic) as straightforward and smooth as these circumstances could possibly afford. We knew Matt from church, and my husband and I ultimately chose to work with him after interviewing two agents. While the other agent was also great, we appreciated Matt's organization, attention to detail, knowledge of the areas we were looking at, and the research and experience he brought to the process. Matt helped us create a process of looking at homes that worked for us and quickly set up a "practice run" house tour for us to get a sense of what to look for and what questions we'd want to ask. Matt Chapman and his whole team were tremendous from start to finish. We sat down with Matt at the end of July to explore the possibility of selling our Seattle home and making a move to Lacey.
