Mary Poillion assisted us in buying our home. We had problems with our mortgage company and she helped get that straightened out. Showed us every place we wanted to see, gave us leads on houses, and made sure we understood everything that was happening. Gave us an expert knowledge and information on the home buying environment in our area. This was extremely helpful in this ever changing selling/buying home market. We would have no problem using Mary as a buyer or sellers agent. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable about any questions we had during this process.
Trying to do a closing in NC and get all the required forms and inspections in Florida was unbelievably stressful, but Mary keep us on track, helped us when we could not get down there, dealt with my daughter to complete tasks we needed to get done.
