She was very responsive and did and amazing job putting together the best offer possible when I was buying- because there's more to it than just the sale price itself, and she knows what will make an offer more attractive. She worked hard to give me the best chance and helped me find the home I love! She also did a great job helping prepare, list and sell my previous home. She is a strong negotiator and a great communicator!

We moved from the east coast to Denver in early 2022 with one of the lowest housing inventory the city had seen in a long time. We were so lucky to be connected with Mary Ann! She was super responsive and started communicating with us via phone and text months before our move. Right off the start, we knew we were working with the right agent. She even ensured on two separate occasions, where she had conflicts, that we had another agent available (who was also amazing). It was an absolutely pleasure working with Mary Ann on my home purchase in Arvada. Mary Ann was recommended to me by a friend in the area. She was very knowledgeable of the Denver area and very accommodating to me as a client from out of state. Prior to my travel out to Denver, she coordinated daily emails to review properties and she even completed FaceTime home visits at properties when I was not able to travel to the city. When I was in the city, she cleared her calendar for three days in order to take me around to over 15 properties for review. Upon the time of offers, she provided comprehensive comparable properties for review and we worked together to generate competitive offers. I was successful on getting a property very quickly during a very hot time in the market. Finally, I wasn't able to move to the area until three weeks after closing and Mary Ann and her husband stopped and checked on the house and watered plants until I arrived. This type of service was above and beyond and so very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Mary Ann to anyone that is looking for a home in the area.
