Martha skillfully guided us through the challenging real estate market in the East Bay for more than 6 months. We were new to this current Bay area real estate market and quite shocked by the pricing and bidding process. Martha’s advice was essential in guiding us to our new home. She was always quick to respond to our questions, calls and requests for scheduling house viewings, and willing to write offers no matter the time of day or even on her vacation. She has the practical experience of remodeling her own home as well as preparing hundreds of homes for the market for her clients, which we found very valuable as we toured houses.
